HOW TO DO SHOP AND ORDER AT PAGi?

Hai everyone, thank you for visiting my website. I really appreciated. After you did browse all my collections and decided which one you gonna buy it. It is pretty easy. Click the “ADD TO CART” button on your desired item(s) and it it will appear on your shopping cart. You can view your shopping cart by clicking the cart icon at top right of the page. Once you are ready, you can proceed to your shopping cart for check out. You will be able to cart out the item(s) as long as it is available on our site. For item(s) which are no longer in stock, the status reflected will be “Sorry, this product/item(s) are out of stock”.

Please ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

You don’t need to set up an account to shop with me.

WHAT KIND OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

PAGi.LOL accepts direct bank transfers from all major banks in Indonesia and also credit card payments and also manual bank transfer to BNI. If you choose to make payment via bank transfer, please make sure to confirm your payment (send email to hi@pagi.lol) and I will process your order.

Please note that your orders will be cancelled automatically if payments are not made within of 48 hours.

HOW DO YOU SHIP THE GOODS?

I will deliver your item after all the transactions have be done at the day after tomorrow.

For domestic within Indonesia, I use JNE the regular service one which is take 2 – 3 days. For overseas, I use Indonesian Post the regular service one which is take 3 – 4 weeks to deliver. I hope that you are patient to wait until your item(s) arrive.

Tracking information will be provided once I have processed your order. Make sure you provide the right information and double check when you have done.

Please remember I do not send your item(s) on Sunday and also national holiday. Item will be delivered on the following business days. If you want to use express one with additional cost, please contact me through email at hi@pagi.lol

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

My products are handcrafted and not mass produced, slight variations from the product photographs is not considered a flaw and therefore is not a reason for refund or exchange.

Returns will only be done for defective or incorrect item(s). You can return the defective or incorrect item(s) with its security tag intact and satin pouch. And make sure the item(s) are unworn, undamaged unaltered and purchased directly from me.

I apologize if I had sent you a defective item or incorrect item. Please drop an email within 48 hours upon receiving your item to me at hi@pagi.lol with a snapshot of the defective area/s and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

I do not provide size exchanges. I can not provide returns for earrings due to hygiene purposes. I do not provide cash refunds for returns, only credits and exchanges. All sale items are final. All sale items are non-changeable and non-refundable.

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU USE?

I use for the main thing is 925 Sterling Silver which is not plated totally pure silver. But for plating, I use different type of materials such as 24K gold plated, 24K rose gold plated, and silver plating.

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?

As Sterling Silver jewelry is naturally prone to oxidization, it will tarnish over time. It is also natural for sterling silver to leave non-permanent marks on the skin after hours of wear.

After wear, please ensure your jewelry is stored in a safe place to help preserve the sparkle and extend durability. Keep your jewelry dry at all times, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid cleaning products, chlorine, body lotions, hairspray and perfume.

To clean your jewelry, gently wipe with a soft cloth or gently rub using only mild soap and water.
